WORLDS.COM INC. ANNOUNCES 157% INCREASE IN REVENUES,
GROWING USER BASE AND ADDITIONAL E-COMMERCE STORES

Boston, November 24, 1999 - Worlds.com Inc. (OTC: WDDD; www.worlds.com) today announced a 157% increase in 3rd quarter revenues up from $57,748 in the second quarter of this year. Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 1999 were $241,607. The company was in development stage in 1998.

" The increase in revenues derives mainly from the addition of 6 new music artist stores to WorldsStore.com 3D Universe, including Ricky Martin and Bruce Springsteen, which brings our music merchandise e-commerce sites up to a total of 33 artist stores" said Worlds.com President & CEO Thom Kidrin. Affiliate sites have also grown to approximately 3300 up from 2100.

In addition, Kidrin added " With the launch of our Freeserve 3D chat service, NYYankeesWorld, the Road Runner broadband service and this month's GQ magazine with our software bundled inside, we have experienced a significant increase in user traffic and are beginning to realize growing VIP membership revenues and related music merchandise sales. This trend continues to confirm Worlds.com's business model of developing a 3D Internet Network and selling goods and services to our growing targeted user base. As this base grows, we will be able to bring new entertaining and immersive advertising never before seen in any medium. Conversations with strategic advertisers have been encouraging."

As more Internet companies try to differentiate themselves with rich media content to attract and hold users, Worlds.com's proprietary internet content and technology offers a unique online experience. Worlds.com users are spending an average of 225-275 minutes per month on Worlds.com sites, which if measured by Media Metrix would rank within some of the top stickiest sites on the internet.

Steven G. Chrust, Chairman of Worlds.com said "Our early user statistics and e-commerce revenues growth serves to reinforce my belief that Worlds.com offers the online audience entry into the next phase in the Internet. When people are able to "get into" rather than "on" the internet with our 3D technology and content, they spend more time and ultimately purchase more product as a result of their more entertaining experience. Worlds.com is now beginning to benefit from the strategic relationships we have established for distribution, content and merchandise."
