3D INTERNET PORTAL WORLDS.COM
CHANGES STOCK SYMBOL TO WDDD

New York, N.Y., February 10, 2000 - Worlds.com, the leading three-dimensional (3D) entertainment portal on the Internet, today announced that its trading symbol would change from WLDI to WDDD, effective Friday, February 11, 2000 on the over-the-counter bulletin board.

The change was made to coincide with the Company's recent name change from Worlds Inc., to Worlds.com and to better represent the Company's worldwide leadership in 3D, multi-user technology.

"As we continue to grow our revenues and attract new users," said Steven G. Chrust, chairman, "it is appropriate that we move toward a 'branded' company that will be highly visible to investors as well as users. The symbol, WDDD, is a perfect choice to signify our 3D leadership position."

Worlds.com is the exclusive 3D content provider for Road Runner as well as the 2D and 3D chat provider to Freeserve, the leading ISP in the United Kingdom. In addition, Worlds.com has recently signed agreements in Asia with e-New Media and Shinwon Telecom to provide native language version 3D environments, including chat and other entertaining environments for users of their services.

About Worlds.com
Worlds.com, the only 3D entertainment portal, leverages its proprietary technology to offer visitors a network of virtual, multi-user environments that have rich media graphics, text chat, voice-to-voice chat, streaming media and e-commerce. The environments are focused around entertainment interests and targeted communities such as music (Hanson World, Bowie World), Sports (Yankees World), and general entertainment environments (beaches, space landings, shopping areas). In the Worlds Avatar Gallery, visitors select an avatar, or 3D character, and customize it into a personal virtual representation of themselves. The avatar is used to travel in and through the various virtual environments and participate in interactive activities involving entertainment, promotions, or e-commerce. Avatars can chat with one another, dance in a nightclub, e-shop, watch video clips, and participate in other activities.
