WORLDS.COM NAMES SENIOR BROADCAST EXECUTIVE
AS VICE PRESIDENT OF ADVERTISING

NEW YORK, NY March 27, 2000 - Worlds.com (OTC Bulletin Board: WDDD), the leading three-dimensional (3D) entertainment portal, today announced that Hal Trencher will join the company as vice president of advertising to lead its expansion into strategic alliances with other media as well as to head up advertising sales marketing.

An experienced entertainment marketing executive, Trencher held senior executive positions at Sports Illustrated Television, a division of Time Warner, and at CBS Television Network. Most recently, he was senior vice president of business development for MarComm Partners, a full-service marketing and communications company, where he worked with Internet companies such as excite.com and U.S. Fan.com

"As we expand our 3D entertainment portal, Hal's experience and relationships will have a major impact on our success,'' said Steven G. Chrust, chairman. "He has a diverse background which integrates traditional advertising with new media.''

At Worlds.com, Trencher will be responsible for selling advertising on the Company's entertainment portal as well as developing strategic alliances with advertisers, advertising agencies and other websites and portals.

"3D,'' said Trencher, "provides a more compelling way for advertisers to reach users than the typical banner or streaming advertising now seen on the Internet.''
