TEEN Magazine to Bundle Worlds.com's
3D HansonWorld in July Issue

CDs featuring 3D HansonWorld, Worlds.com's
WorldsPlayer and Hanson Music Video
to be Distributed in 900,000 Newsstand Copies

New York, NY, June 13, 2000 - Worlds.com (OTC/BB: WDDD.OB), the leading 3D entertainment portal, announced today that the company will bundle interactive CDs featuring HansonWorld - the official 3D site for Island/Def Jam recording artists Hanson - in 900,000 newsstand editions of the July issue of TEEN Magazine. The CD will also feature Hanson's latest video, "This Time Around," exclusive behind the scenes footage of the making of the album, and a link to the 3D HansonWorld created by Worlds.com. Issues of TEEN Magazine will hit newsstands the week of June 12.

The July issue will contain a Worlds.com CD that, when installed, will bring users to three-dimensional communities on the Worlds.com site using WorldsPlayer, the company's cutting edge 3D online entertainment software. The recently released Hanson album, "This Time Around," also contains a link that takes users directly to a download of Hanson World.

"This free CD will continue our relationship with Hanson by communicating with the group's legion of fans through TEEN Magazine" said Thom Kidrin, President/CEO of Worlds.com. "This cooperative effort allows us to provide TEEN Magazine readers with an enhanced value for the purchase of the magazine, as well as bringing the fans into a 3D virtual experience with Hanson."

Each month, TEEN Magazine reaches 10 million girls (print and online), bringing them the latest in entertainment, beauty, fashion and advice.

"We are delighted to be working with Hanson and Worlds.com to provide a terrific value for our readers," said Lynn Lehmkuhl, President of TEEN Magazine. "The WorldsPlayer provides our readers with a truly unique online experience and allows them to get closer to one of the hottest bands in music today. Additionally, we feel that HansonWorld is well suited for our readership and this program is appropriate in building a community of fans that can extend their experience from TEEN Magazine onto the Internet."

The agreement with TEEN Magazine is a continuation of Worlds.com's initiative to partner with established media properties to build brand recognition. In the past year, Worlds has partnered with Yahoo! Internet Life and Gentlemen's Quarterly on CD bundle packages.
